Order Processing

 

4YE Ships worldwide.

All orders will be shipped within 5 business days of the order being placed. 

International orders may be subject to customs/duties. 4YE is not responsible for the payment of customs/duties on shipped items. By law, we cannot change the value of the order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws. 

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred.  Customs may delay packages beyond the stated shipping times below.

Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, the courier becomes responsible for the delivery.

Orders that go missing due to submitting an incorrect or incomplete address are not the responsibility of 4YE and will not be refunded. 4YE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will not be refunded shipping costs. Please confirm that your address is correct before checkout. 


 
Returns & Exchanges 

 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please email orders@4ye.ca.


 
Order Cancellation 

 

If there is an error with your order, contact orders@4ye.ca to cancel. It can not be cancelled if the order has already been shipped.
