4YE Policies 

4YE ships worldwide.

Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of the order being placed. 

International orders may be subject to customs/duties. 4YE is not responsible for the payment of customs/duties on shipped items. By law, we cannot change the value of the order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws. 

If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred.  Customs may delay packages beyond the stated shipping times below.

Orders that go missing due to submitting an incorrect or incomplete address are not the responsibility of 4YE and will not be refunded. 4YE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will not be refunded shipping costs. Please confirm that your address is correct before checkout. 

RETURNS POLICY

 4YE does not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please email orders@4ye.ca.

4YE ships orders through Canada Post, Chit Chats and DHL Intl. Please select your preferred courier and method of shipment at checkout. 
 

**Free shipping on orders over $200 (before tax) only apply to orders within Canada. All orders using the free shipping discount will be shipped via Expedited Parcel.

YOU WILL RECEIVE A PICK-UP NOTIFICATION WHEN YOUR ORDER IS READY.

PLEASE ALLOW 2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PROCESSED.

PICK-UP HOURS: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY 12-5PM
