Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

 Can I change my address after my order has been placed?
Your address can be changed until the point when your order has been shipped. Be sure to check that you've entered the correct address when you receive your order confirmation email. Once the order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change or edit the address. Customers will be responsible for redelivery fees due to an incorrect address.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled as long as the order has not been shipped.

What do I do if my order has been marked as delivered but my package did not arrive?
Postal companies occasionally mark packages as delivered one business day before they actually do so. If your package has still not arrived after one business day, please feel free to contact us at orders@4ye.ca.

Do you offer a pickup option?
We do not currently have a pickup option. If you live within our local delivery, you will see a local delivery option at checkout. Local delivery is typically delivered within 1-2 business days.

Where is my order/shipping confirmation email?
Order confirmation emails are sent out immediately after purchase. Shipping confirmation emails are sent out when your orders has been fulfilled. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see an email in your inbox.

How do I track my package?
If applicable, a tracking number will be available in your shipping confirmation email. Use this link to track your package while in Canada. Once the package has reached its destination country, you can track the package using your local postal carrier's website using the same tracking number.
